I have a devicelock client which does not seem to be able to get a whitelist from GPO or the devicelock server automatically.

When I do force the settings to the laptop, it works and the whitelist saves along with access to a usb drive that was previously blocked.

However, each time after a reboot the laptop has a bogus whitelist and hence the access to the usb drive is denied once again. I manage 1000+ of devicelock clients and this is the first time I have seen this behavior. What can i check?

I have tried to uninstall, and reinstall the devicelock client to no avail. Same behavior: whitelist is a bogus whitelist (Or at least a lot smaller than it should be...missing a lot of devices)after a reboot and seems automatic whitelist updates from GPO are not working. I can however force a push of the whitelist from the eterprise manager server and it works until the system reboots of course.

Check RSoP, DL manual has a how-to on it. Maybe some other policy overrides your settings.
